Have you ever actually read the "emergency
instructions" card on an airplane?
One of the things they tell you is to "put your
own oxygen mask on first" when the cabin loses
pressure.
Often I think about it and I believe that in
practicality this is the very best thing to do.
If I want to help out one person and suffocate in
the process, I have helped one person. If instead I
put my own oxygen mask first, then I am perfectly
free and prepared to help as many people as you like.
When I start to create nicavita.com, my thoughts were
to assist I possibly can and become committed ever since
to offer the most and the best for anyone who happen to

I believe that to become the Powerful person you can be.
Just as the example above, it's about getting your own
"oxygen mask" strapped on securely to your face and
keeping it there.
If disaster were to strike my place where I live,
would I have enough Power to live through it?
Would I have the Money for an airplane ticket to fly
out if there's a warning?
Would I have the physical Energy to survive for a
few days without food and water?
Would I believe I could help others, or would I
be the one who needs help?
Now let's say that I answered "yes" for the
last question. I've come straight to the point in

What is Your First and Most Important Goals for 2010?

Ok, here we are January 1-2010, before you rush into setting any of your goals for 2010, love to share with you some insights to assist you set them as best as you want them to be...
Ok, now you must identify one specific goal for each of the most important areas of your life, namely:
1. Your health — without health, most of the others don’t have any value
2. Your wealth — no matter how we see it, this is important, so treat it as such
3. Your personal self — what I mean here is some of your hobbies and interests
4. Your social self — you may know this already better then me, and that is your friends, family, and your community, correct?
Now is the time to make each of the above four goals very, very, very specific.
An example of how important these points are, let’s say your health goal is being more fitness-oriented — probably you like to become stronger, leaner, more flexible, have greater endurance or anything more. To be more specifically, let’s say you want to add three pounds of muscle to your body, or take off four pounds of fat, being able to do a proper yoga move, running a mile in seven minutes and so on, you get the idea here, right?
Did you see how this can work for you?
Well, here you have it, today your job is to set the above four big goals. (Ok, if you read this at a later date, does not matter, just start DOING IT right now, it is never to late!!!!) Set them and commit to them, commit to them as your life depends on it since it does.
Let’s make the upcoming year the healthiest, wealthiest, and wisest year of your life. It starts today.
