GOUT
The last gout attack (as I call it) started a couple of days before July 13 when I say to my self, this is it... another gout attack was on the way and so I start to take precautionary remedies that worked for me in the past to shorten the duration of the attack
Gout attacks (or we can say, excess uric acid crystals accumulating in the joints) have shown-up many times for me since 1987, the first time I was unfortunate to know what gout was. The specific time was sometime around the middle of that summer when I first had the symptoms and went to a doctor to find out what could be...
Once I explain to the doctor what was going on and show him the swelled ankle, told him I was walking in a park with uneven surface and one of my foot run into a small hole in the ground and I may have sprained my ankle.
He took a fast look and smiled at me sayings... forget about sprained ankle or the surface you walk on... this is gout.
When I heard him say that word (gout) it was a surprise word, I never heard of that word before, so I asked what was it, so he translated to me in Italian and he say “Gotta”
I still did not know what was, so I asked what this word means because I have no idea what is it... so he explained in more details and give me some info on what food to avoid and what would be best to eat and drink and from that day on, the war against gout has started.
I probably should go into researching this gout subject deeper to find more reliable sources of healing permanently, but I guess the old conditioning stopped me in some ways till today.
I can start listing everything I done and what happened since 1987... but it will be to long, so to make a long story short, I followed what the doctor suggested... but gout attacks have shown up many time over and over again since then...
Anyway, at this time I will not annoy you with all the details and what happen since then, so I will cut the story short (if you like more personal information that I experienced about gout or any health issue that I may be personally familiar with, please let me know and I will do my very best to share what I know)
Let’s fast forward the focus is today, July 22-2011. It is now 10 days or so since the first day of this devastating and painful gout attack... right now I live alone and away from a lot of civilization, Muskoka cottage country, meaning we are in a semi-wild area and not all city services are available... but grateful to have good roads, electricity, phone and internet connection.
This gout attack was a little more serious, or I should say, it affected my life in a more serious way and forced me to go search and find what I could do to stop gout once and for all.
Correction, I must say this time was serious... 10 days or more of this gout suffering is a lot, but not as serious as it was back in late 1997 early 1998 when it lasted a lot longer and made it the most devastating period of my life.
So for the purpose of this post, lets say this time was the second serious time this gout attack affected me and every one else around me, it affected me to the point to push me towards finding a permanent natural healthy solution...
Today, was the day I diligently focused researching the internet to find what would be best to use as a natural cure for this devastating health issue we call...GOUT
After a many hours of research and reading many, many pages of information written by various people offering health remedies advice with good intention to help other... I finally hit the jackpot... in my opinion I believe I did (we know that each and every one of us may see or understand things differently, so lets say it is a jackpot discovery for me, and hope it will be for you as well, ok??).
The information I read was surprisingly very simple, and made me dream and imagine what it would be like not to worry about the gout issue that have devastated much of my life since 1987 and as I continued reading, I start to fully understand what it takes to control the excess uric acid crystal build-up that I come to call it “gout attack" once and for all.

Yes, imagined how great it would be not to focus on the gout issue anymore and focus 100% on my relationships, family, friends, spiritual practice, go for long walks in the nature, focus on my-work-from-home business, investing time to plan my next dream home, and take another exotic vacation get-a-way in Hawaii or Thailand, or anything else that make life more fulfilling and enjoyable.
Now, what you think, wouldn't that be just great?
From today onward, I will make those images become a reality one-by-one and more...

Chapter 2 – Happiness is a Choice You Make
If you are not a happy person that is a choice you are making. You have full control over your life and the decisions that you make. There are many factors which people measure happiness. Some people think money is happiness however they may absolutely miserable with what they do on a daily basis to make their money.
You might look at people who have absolutely everything and you strive to be like them. These things may be wealth, possessions, status, or even the position you hold at work. These things don’t create happiness.
Happiness is a choice.
There are many people who have wealth and a high status who are completely miserable. They may be lonely, divorced and more. Happiness comes from within. These people may be working jobs they absolutely hate but just have a knack for making money.
Happiness is Subjective
There are things in life that can make you happy that are subjective. They are subjective because happiness comes differently for everyone.
You might find joy and happiness seeking thrills through rides like roller coasters and bungee jumping. This thrill may be more than torture for someone with a fear of heights who would never step foot on a roller coaster or ever be brave enough to jump from a bridge suspended by a bungee cord.
Everyone seeks happiness in their own way. What makes you happy is a natural high that you deserve to seek. There is nothing wrong with the things that you find joy in. You may be told you are crazy but that is because of the subjectivity.
Naturally Happy
It is true some people are naturally happy. This is proven through a genetic disposition. This doesn’t mean that you were born to be miserable if you are not a naturally happy person. Your happiness is influenced by your genetics but it is not fixed as a determining factor.
If you are not a naturally happy person you can change the way you think and feel so you are. The key is to change the way your brain thinks and the things you do. You can learn to do things on a daily basis to bring up your happiness level which will help you learn to smile more and be a happier person.
Sleep
Sleep is a big factor if you want to be a happy person. Sleep is needed for the body to be able to function properly. When you don’t get enough sleep you might be moody, have an inability to think clearly, and very unhappy.
You might get 8 hours of sleep but you think that you get enough hours of sleep. You may be oversleeping or even be sleeping the wrong way. Some people don’t get a good night’s rest with a pillow while others need a very fluffy pillow. Your mattress could play into a bad night of sleep also.
Sleep is a big factor and lack of sleep can cause problems with your health also. Ensuring total well being requires a good night sleep.
If you are not sleeping well and you have determined the lack of sleep plays into how miserable you are throughout the days you need to fix this. You might need to change your daily schedule so you can get to bed earlier. You also might need to encourage other people in your household to help you a little bit more if you are working too hard.
Sleep can be the entire reason you are miserable. If you have the inability to get to sleep and you toss around all night long staring at the alarm clock this could mean many different things. Some people are very depressed and it causes them not to be able to sleep well. To ensure happiness you need to get a good night of sleep.
Exercise
Exercise is very good for the body and it helps the brain put out endorphins which are responsible for making you happy. Exercise is important for total health. This doesn’t mean that you have to be on a heavy exercise routine on a daily basis. However, you should try to sweat everyday. You can get an amazing exercise but just cleaning the house and doing normal household chores. This isn’t about losing weight. It is about creating happiness.
Meditation
Practicing meditation doesn’t mean you belong to a cult or you are doing anything religiously wrong. Many people associate meditation with Buddhism and think it is wrong. They are missing out on something extremely important which could be exactly what they need to balance out their days.
Meditation is one of the most effective ways to change your subjective well being. Doctors have proven meditation to generate brain activity on the left side, which produces a positive emotion in the body.

Module 3: Fast Profit Flood
In this module, Chris shared some of the advanced strategies that you can use to power up your system. In fact, this module is my personal favorite. Chris was even kind enough to draw up a weekly plan that you can easily follow through step-by-step.
In short, I would say I absolutely loved this system and I could definitely use it with my current system to power it up. But that’s not all the goodies Chris is giving. In fact, he even threw in a checklist that you can easily refer to and follow it step-by-step to set the whole system up – Plus, the extra bonuses that he included with the system made this purchase a total no-brainer.
I personally like Power Cash Formula a lot and have used it to improve my system (and increased my profits!), so I’m definitely recommending this to anyone who wants to do the same and start making more money.

Anchoring Your Way to a Happier Life by Jeff Gignac

Have you ever struggled with your emotions? Have you ever tried to
change your mood because you knew a better state of mind would
better suit whatever it was you were doing?
Years ago I learned a really important lesson: "The more you FEEL
GOOD, the more happy and easy your life will be". I know this
sounds absurdly obvious but this statement actually had and
continues to have a very profound impact on my life and it can do
the same for you।
happiness. This is common sense. Did you know that "feeling good"
as oppose to "Not Bad" or just plain old "BAD", significantly
increases the chance that you will make better decisions?
If you think about this for a moment, it makes sense. Bad feelings
tend to corrupt people's ability to make good decisions. Good
feelings tend to increase people's ability to make good decisions!
So why is this important?
Every decision you make, from what clothes to wear, to how well you
brush your teeth, to the things you say to people, carries with it
short term and / or long term consequences. These consequences will
either make your life easier and happier or they will make your
life harder and less enjoyable. Some consequences will show up
very quickly and others will show up over time.
The bottom line is, your life, as it is now, like it or not, has
been greatly constructed on the back of the good decisions and bad
decisions you've made to this point.
Anchoring Can Help You Build a Happier Life Now, and for the Future
So what is an Anchor anyway? An anchor can be described as
conditioned stimuli that can help you "FEEL the way you want to
FEEL, when you want to FEEL it".
It helps to think of an Anchor as a physical button that you can
push, that will instantly change the way you feel. Imagine what you
could do, if you could create several buttons that are plugged into
your neurology that command you to "FEEL the way you want to FEEL,
when you want to FEEL it" when the button is pushed.
In NLP, we use Anchors for many different reasons. One of my
favourite ways to use them is to improve my mood - my mental and
physical state, so that I am more likely to naturally and easily
make better decisions. I personally use Anchors in this way because
I also enjoy feeling good as opposed to feeling bad.
How can you start using anchors to build a better life?
Do you remember Pavlov's dogs from Psychology 101? If you don't
that's ok because it's a simple process.
Pavlov would put food in front of his dogs, the dogs would
salivate, and then Pavlov would ring a bell. Now Pavlov didn't do
this just once or twice, he did it over and over again. Eventually,
he could get the dogs to salivate simply by ringing the bell, with
no food present.
Once the dogs learned to intimately associate the sound of a bell
with their natural ability to salivate, Pavlov could get these dogs
to reliably and predictably salivate, on command, with just a
bell... zero food.
Anchoring is almost the same thing but for humans. If you do it
right, you can anchor yourself, using a sound, a smell, a visual or
a physical sensation to program yourself to salivate or to feel
something very useful and powerful that will change your life
forever.
Now with humans, I find that the best way to anchor is to use more
than one modality. For example, I like to anchor myself using a
sound and physical sensation.
I usually pinch or press down firmly somewhere specific on my body
for one second as I repeat a word or a phrase to myself in a very
specific way. This way I have a feeling and a sound to help create
a powerful anchor.
Now the trick is picking the right emotion or feeling to anchor. I
often go with powerful and confident but you can pick anything you
like. For me, powerful and confident really helps with a wide
variety of situations like public speaking.
So this is what you do... 10 Simple Steps...
1. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and you will
not disturb others.
2. Decide on a feeling or emotional state that you think would
really benefit you if you could turn it on and feel it in every
pore of your body, on demand.
3. Decide on how you will anchor yourself. If you use my strategy,
you will require a "Power Word" and a location on your body that
you will firmly press on for one second. TIP - It is critically
important that when you anchor yourself that you use the exact
physical location on your body and the exact word with the exact
volume and intonation every time you anchor yourself. When it comes
time to fire off the anchor, you will want to reproduce the exact
physical sensation, in the exact location with the exact sound that
you used when you created the anchor.
4. Get yourself into the physical and emotional state that you want
to anchor. TIP - I like to use music, my imagination, pictures,
body movements, I do whatever it takes to reproduce the emotion
that I want to anchor. Sometimes I will jump around like a buffoon
screaming I am the ruler of the world, just to get my juices going.
My point is, use your body, use your surroundings, and use anything
and everything to help you re-create the state you want to anchor.
5. Once you are feeling the feeling you want to feel and you are
just about to reach the climax of this state, anchor yourself using
the method that you have chosen. TIP - You want to make certain
that you anchor yourself just before you reach the apex of the
emotion (as the emotions is still increasing in intensity in your
body) you want to avoid creating an anchor as the feeling is losing
intensity. It is really important that you create the anchor as the
intensity is still increasing!
6. Once you've anchored the emotion, shake it off... return
yourself to a neutral state
7. Repeat the anchoring process 10 times or until you can fire off
that anchor and your body begins to instantly respond by calling up
the emotion that you anchored
8. Fire off the anchor to test to see if it works. If you begin to
feel the feeling you were going for when you fire off the anchor,
you've succeeded. TIP You may not feel the feeling with the exact
same intensity, that's ok as long as the feeling is strong enough
to counteract a bad mood or negative experience
9. Use the anchor in everyday life to help improve your moods and
help you make better decisions.
10. Every now and again, go and re-anchor the feeling just to
keep it working nice and strong.
Final Thoughts
Anchoring takes practice, the more you do it, the more you
will be able to create powerful anchors that you can use for
a variety of reasons. Believe me when I tell you the
possibilities are endless.
When I first started, my anchors were weak, they barely did the
job. I would have to go back and re-anchor the feelings very often.
After a couple months of practicing building anchors, I found it
easier to do and my anchors became very powerful. I now have
anchors that I built years ago that work just as good as the day I
made them.
Encourage yourself to learn the process and keep at it because once
you get really good at anchoring yourself, you can make doors swing
wide open for you by using just a little bit of creativity. You can
also feel good more often and begin transforming your life into the
masterpiece that it deserves to be.
