Happy Victory Day

Today marks the end of the first half of the year and

the beginning of the second half of the year 2011.

A few questions where asked to me by a coach today...

He said:

Where are you with your Spiritual goals?

Where are you with your personal goals?

Where are you with your financial goals?

Did you have achieved any or all of them so far?

If yes, congratulation from the bottom of my heart... if not, why you did not and what will it take you to accomplish your 2011 goals by December 31?

Then he went ahead and asked... Are you doing what you have done before?

If you did not reach your goals yet... it is insane to continue doing what you have been doing, knowing that is not working.

Then he strike me with...What you need to do differently to make that happen?

Since this is a blog post I could answer with a simple link to go to "comment below", but instead I'd like you to answer them for yourself this weekend.

Answer the questions above and be ready to do whatever it takes to reach your 2011 goals by December 31st. 2011

Eliminate all physical blocks and mental blocks. Mend relationships. Get coaching or guidance or anything that come to mind and it works.

Do whatever it takes to clear the canvas the cab webs, so you have a wide open space to work with and fulfill on your commitments for your 2011 goals.

Take a brake this weekend (in Canada and USA we celebrate this weekend (in Canada as Victoria Day and in the USA Independence Day) and not sure if where you are you celebrate any official day.. but for certain you can celebrate your OWN Victory day by conquering some of your weakness that stopped you till today to accomplish what you desire to...then come back next week after having given yourself a "kick in the rear" and hit the ground running.

I look forward to doing whatever I can and in whatever capacity I can to help you.... just contact me at: nicavita@gmail.com

Happy Victoria Day in Canada, Happy 4th of July to you in the USA and Happy Victory Day to you every where else you make your world....

You Can Make BIG Difference

You Can Make BIG Difference... here is the proof...

I received this email right now and shared with you all to assure you
that YES, each one of us can make a BIG difference as long as we take ACTION...
। hope you feel good about your self।

Dear Nick ,

Best. Week. Ever. Here's what happened in the last seven days, because Change.org members took action:

1) Ai Weiwei released! A petition started by more than 20 directors of the world's most famous art museums turned into an international movement. 140,000 of us joined the campaign, and on Wednesday the Chinese dissident artist was freed. Weiwei's manager says Change.org members were "amazing" and personally thanked you for the support that helped to lead to his release.

2) Women in Saudi Arabia are driving! Saudi women activists won 3 campaigns on Change.org this week: With your help, they got charges dropped against Manal al-Sharif, who was arrested for driving a car in a country where it's illegal for women to do so. After two more petitions targeting Hillary Clinton and Europe's top ambassador Catharine Ashton, both spoke out forcefully in favor of giving women the right to drive (and Hillary says she only took a public stand because of this campaign!).

3) Sled dogs, saved! After a hundred sled dogs were brutally massacred in British Columbia, Lost actor Ian Somerhalder created a campaign on Change.org to get the province to change its policies governing the treatment of animals. More than 67,000 people signed, and British Columbia just adopted the strongest anti-cruelty laws in all of Canada!

4) Grand Canyon, preserved! With a uranium-mining ban about to expire in the area surrounding the famous U.S. landmark, Arizona resident Suzanne Sparling led the charge to extend it. She collected50,000 public comments from Change.org members, and last Monday, Interior Secretary Ken Salazar announced his support for another 20-year ban on the dangerous practice.

5) And the Minnesota Twins make 5. To cap it all off, CBS reported on Tuesday that the Minnesota Twins will be the 5th pro baseball team to make an "It Gets Better" video to help prevent suicide by teens who are bullied for being gay. Every team that's made a video (Twins, Red Sox, Cubs, Mariners, and Giants) has done so after a local Change.org member started a petition asking them to. As these victories add up, the cumulative effect is eroding the culture of homophobia in men's pro sports. We accomplished all this together, but every single campaign began when one person created a petition on Change.org.

Let's have another great week.

- Patrick and the Change.org team

P.S. Here's another amazing fact: These are just 5 of the more than 200 campaigns that Change.org members have won in 2011.

HGH

We are forever searching and researching for ways to improve our lifestyle and वेलbeing... I am and have been doing it for a long time especially since 1997 when I was suspected to have cancer (multiple myeloma).

A strong urge to be well and survive took over my whole being and that is when I made the best choice to find out how I can heal my self and stay healthy...naturally..

It was not long that great results start to show up, I was feeling much better, my stamina come back, pinkish color in my skin appeared again, and to make it short some how I found out (thanks to the assistance of so many great people suggestions) the formula to become healthy again and stay even healthier.. Raw Food and fresh extracted fruit and vegetable Juices.

Today, after more then 14 years, by the Grace of God.. I am here with you, much healthier then ever and perhaps you are striving to do the same and or better.... if you do, you will appreciate the information below...

In Health, Peace and Harmony... nick c.

Here is the new info I come across...

According to FutureScience.com:

At the age of 30, people have spent most of their lives with fairly high levels of human growth hormone (HGH). HGH is responsible for growth during childhood -- and for the repair and regeneration of human tissue throughout our lives. By the time we reach the age of 30, our HGH levels are only about 20 percent of their peak levels during childhood, and after the age of 30, they continue to decline at about 12 to 15 percent per decade, and often much more. By the time most of us are 30 years old, our bodies no longer produce enough HGH to repair all of the damage that is occurring in our bodies. As our HGH levels continue to decline, the damage that we call aging continues to accelerate.

Below is a short list of reliable websites that reinforce the above... hope you find them useful.

Manifasting

Manifesting what we "want" in life seams to be simple and easy... well, it is and it is not, the difference is in our mindset.

There is two different mindsets that we have 100% control at all times.

Yes, the difference I am talking about is very simple and starts with our state of mind at any given moment we think or say or write about anything in regard to what we “need, want or desire” and what we, "don't need, want or desire"

Focusing on what we “need, want or desire” rather than what we " don't need, want or desire " can make a BIG DIFFERENCE...

Another important point to remember is that the state of mind we are at any given moment can influence the fundamentals of our own manifesting...

Below are some powerful statements examples, they are written in the form of what we "want" rather than what we "don't want" and I encourage you to read them, then create your own version and manifest what you want your life to be from now on. (for some help, please visit our website by Click Here!

~ I want to be alive, healthy and in harmony with God.

~ I want a loving, supportive relationship with my family and friends.

~ I want the freedom to handle tasks effortlessly in my own time and my own way.

~ I want to be strong, in great physical shape and confident at all times.

~ I want to work in a meaningful project that makes a difference in the world.

~ I want to experience the wonderful feeling of being loved and secure... always!

~ I want to drive a reliable car of my choice that matches my personality.

~ I want a vegetable garden that is fruitful, neat, organized, and fun to work in.

~ I want to have the energy, determination and vitality to achieve my goals and dreams.

~ I want to develop, expand, grow and succeed in all of my talents and interests.

Make it happen.... The difference is Powerful and Real.

=============================================

June 12th should be called International Copywriters' Day
because it is Gary Halbert's birthday.

As with most great copywriters, my father loved stories. He
had an incredible appetite for books and movies which helped
make it easy for him to find the interesting story behind
products and services.

He would take in 4 or 5 movies a week and while growing up,
Kevin and I were always tagging along.

Pop would just grab the paper and scan it for a movie he had
not already seen.

The movies were always playing in Westwood or up on
Hollywood Blvd. and we would immediately head out to
wherever the movie was playing next.

If there was time to kill, we would head to a bookstore
where he could spend hours on end if need be.

To encourage reading, he bought us any book we wanted as
long as we read it and I do the same for my kids.

If there was no time to hit up the bookstore, we would go
right afterward.

So as you can imagine, my simple ritual is to take in a
movie and go to the bookstore on his birthday which reminds
me of how he taught us to enjoy life.

This year, his birthday falls on a Sunday and like me and
my dad, you may not like crowded movie theaters, so here are
a few other ways to properly celebrate the birth of The
Prince of Print.

1. Write about him. He loved to write and he wrote a ton
about himself so writing about Gary and spreading the
word of his newsletter is always a great way to pay
tribute. We'd love to read any stories about how he
affected your life.

2. Help somebody. My father always helped a lot of people
around him and some of his proudest moments were when
he raised money for charity. His favorite charities
were children's hospitals and family abuse shelters.
You could also simply help a stranger in some form or
fashion and just let them know you are paying back
Gary Halbert.

3. Forgive someone. He loved the phrase, "everyone is
just doing the best they can" and he is right. He
certainly wouldn't forgive anyone for anything, but
he forgave a lot of trespasses and if you are
harboring resentment for someone's bad behavior you
know wasn't mean spirited but just a case of being
very lame, see if you can let it go.

4. Share some raw honesty. One of Sir Gary's greatest
gifts to the world was his brutal honesty which cut
through all the BS and told people what they needed
to know. Share with someone a simple trick which
really helped make your life or business better.

5. Write a letter to your kids. No father ever gave their
son a greater gift than The Boron Letters. When you
write letters to your kids explaining things to them
they won't learn in school, you end up sharing
yourself in a very profound way your kids will learn
to cherish more and more as they get older. They will
truly come to understand that you love them and see
that you have put time, energy and thought into them,
even when they were not around. Trust me on this.

So, if you are not near a good movie house and bookshop, any
of the above suggestions is a perfectly fine way to
celebrate the birth of the baby genius Gary C. Halbert.

With much affection,

Sir Bond of Halbert
