Acknowledging the fact that living on Planet Earth has been extremely difficult is healthy.

Acknowledging that fear, pain, frustration and tiredness presently experiencing by you,

is something you have been doing your best to solve for a long time. The truth is that you 
have looked into solving this dilemma often, and is obvious you did not find the solution yet, 
because the same issues are existing in your life and they are still troubling you, correct?

I am certain that, (this is critically important) you have asked for help in the past, did you?

Well, you are not alone, most of us have been there and many of us still there now, but just to

encourage you, I must say that simply landing on this page, your most important and pressing

request for help it is very much acknowledged by the universe right now.

Knowing and sincerely believing all of the above, at this time I like to turn the situation 
around and ask for YOUR HELP. You are in a very and UNIQUE POSITION to help the 
Collective Human race SOLVE the problem you, yourself are facing right now.

Accepting to help me and others is the best thing you can do to help your self, so please 
practice the following simple exercise, (change the words to reflect what you are facing right 
now, or what a loved one is facing right now, if you came here for the purpose to get help for 
someone else): Exercise: Sit quietly or lie down somewhere comfortable and close your eyes.

Mentally or loud, say the words: "I cannot help [add here what situation you or some one 
else is experiencing]". Once you send the message into the universe with sincerity, observe 
the answer received, find and observe the energy that is manifesting in front of you right now... 
well my friend, that is the answer.

The answer may come to you as words, a vision, a thought, a hunch, an intuition and so forth...

JUST pay attention and you will receive what answer is best for you at the moment... it will be 
the perfect answer since it is sent to you by your Soul and the Collective Power of the Universe.


For example, if you are searching for a personal physical healing solution, the answer may 
come to you in words as something like, "I cannot help [my body heal]" This statement will 
create a feeling, an energy, somewhere in your body or energy field.

Stay calm, posed and confident, with your mind eye, scan your body and find it.

Once found it, ask yourself the following: "Did I put this program (health challenge) in my 
body?" If yes, then ask, why? Was that health challenge created voluntary by me or under 
pressure? If not created by me, then who did create it?

At this stage, I must warn you that you may or may not get or receive the answers to any of 
these questions. However, you MUST know this may not possible to achieve the first time 
around.. be patient and diligently continue practicing as sincerely as you possibly can and 
yes, you will succeed.


The important fact for you to be aware right now is that you have found the perfect program 

for you to use at anytime and at will, you can find all what you are asking of the universe 
around you. 


It is equally important to point out now that once you achieve success and clearly receive 

the answer to your questions, you have a choice, either you remove the challenge your self 
and send it back to the Source, or ask one of your guiding angels (yes, we all have caring 
Angels around us ready to help and guide us) to remove the pressing challenge for you. 


Then fill the space previously occupied by the challenge, with light and love. If for any 
reason you find resistance removing the programmed challenge, focus your attention on 
the resistance, it could be a backup program to ensure you don't get rid of the main 
program. (yes, this may be a little complicated to explain in simple words, but I hope I 
can explain better here). 

For example you can rephrase your request, your question as: "I need more than this exercise 
to help myself/my loved one", or, "I cannot find the answer, the solution to the challenge". If you 
find these resistances, or something similar, proceed to solve as we talked above, then go back 
to the main one and do it again and again till you get familiar with the process and then you 
will find the best way to deal with all your request for help... it is worth the time... IT IS 
YOUR LIFE and the lives of others that you have sincere intention to make better.

It might take a few times and some practice, but eventually it will work to eliminated all 
the negative challenges that is stopping you and or your loved one from living a better, 
fulfilling and healthy life and FINALLY you will be free do what is needed to do to 
reach your full potential in this lifetime.

After you have removed the negative and challenging program from your personal field, 
please do the following: Close your eyes again in case you open them and visualize the 
Collective Human Energy as a large, very large person in space. If you are not very good 
at visualizing, then use a different method that works for you, like making a drawing of a 
large person on a piece of paper (stick figures are good). Then, as you look at the image, 
do the above mentioned exercise on the person who represents our Collective Human Energy. 

Ok, once achieved success in the process of dealing with your challenge or a loved one 
challenge, or problem or condition that existed, MAKE A NOTE... this is your strength, NOW 
you know how it feels. And then proceed to use the same process to heal the human race 
collectively.

Remember, we are here on this planet of ours to raise the overall human positive vibration 
for the collective benefit of all. By helping yourself, and others around you, you are doing 
what we need to do right now, this moment in time.
